Season shouldn’t have ended the way it did last night. I played my heart out, fought til the end of the game, and never gave up on you guys, but I’m sorry that it wasn’t enough. The loss, however, isn’t the only unsatisfying feeling that’s killing me. We all know what went down in the locker room that night & what had happened, shouldn’t have happened. What happened to “Stay tight, stay together”? I hate to say it, but drama killed it for us this year. I’m not too surprised though..cause I knew this was going to bite us in the ass one day.
But besides all of this bullshit, I want to end it right for the seniors. I’ve taken a step in their shoes & if I were them, I would HATE for my last basketball game of high school to end on a bad note. We ALL should be WANTING to qualify for state & the team vote shouldn’t be split, but I’m willing to fight with the people who want to fight with me cause I am definitely not satisfied.
